The team behind Reshape Consulting entered the renovation and design world with a clear goal: to make it easier for homeowners to create bathrooms and interiors that truly support the way they live. After years of working on projects where clients felt overwhelmed by choices, disconnected trades, and unclear budgets, they saw an opportunity to offer something different—a guided, design-led experience with clear planning from day one.

Reshape is now built around three complementary divisions: Reshape Bathrooms, focused on fully managed bathroom renovations; Reshape Design, dedicated to interior design, space planning, and 3D visuals; and Reshape Consulting, which brings structured advice, scope planning, and renovation estimates to homeowners, RealtorⓇ, builders, and mortgage partners.
